Robert Leš Keller Minimal Windows®, MS Siluett grilje®
MORE
In addition to the sun, this location presents the challenge of strong winds; the nearby peak sometimes sends down gusts of bora wind reaching up to 180 km/h. Despite these demanding conditions, the MS Siluett® shutters have retained their innate elegance.
In addition to the basic requirements of “linear ortho architecture” for this house, we faced two significant additional challenges: a highly windy micro-location and an extremely corrosive, aggressive environment.
By designing complementary sliding and fixed glass panels from the Keller Minimal Windows brand and MS Siluett shutters, we achieved complete and comfortable functionality.
I highlight the uniqueness of this house: in addition to the main theme of the central atrium, there is the façade composition of concrete panels and wooden shutters — maximally simple and clean, made possible by M/S integral solutions for all surface joints. It is mechanically resistant, excellently insulated, optimally drained, and ventilated.
After years of testing, we can confidently state that with this house, we have experimentally confirmed the validity of our technical solutions for this type of architecture and extreme weather conditions.
