This house, also built with mutual passion alongside the investor, is particularly linked to our MS Siluetta range. Together with the architects and the investor, we sought optimal solutions for opening the shutters in relation to individual openings, each of which has different functional priorities.
(sun protection, wind protection, or even protection from wind and rain, or privacy, optimizing the view, creating a sense of security, separating intimacy from the neighborhood… many things that can be achieved with “simple shutters”);
We developed several innovative structural components and went through an interesting process of selecting the right “modular step” for the shutters, simply put—the spacing between the slats. In doing so, we learned a lot about how this spacing affects the expressiveness of the shutters, which turned out to be a valuable benefit.
Additionally, the investor, sparing no expense, selected about ten extra options beyond the standard equipment. Despite this, we managed to implement everything meticulously and compatibly.
On the entrance façade, based on our proposal and in collaboration with the architect, we implemented an alternative glass façade using the TotalGlassConcept. The glass panels are clamped at the floor and ceiling, with no vertical profiles.
