This beautiful property is located in a secluded area on an elevated position, where it is frequently exposed to rain and wind. From the upper floor, there is a magical view of the gentle Istrian hills and the Adriatic Sea in the distance.

MS Siluett® shutters protect against the elements without obstructing the beauty of the view. Right next to the shutters is the Total Glass Concept® glass railing, while the MS Individual® Schueco ASS glazed sliding walls are separated from the glass railing and MS Siluett® shutters by a narrow walkway (approximately 35 cm) with a composite decking surface.

Challenging Construction

The selection of such solutions always presents a significant construction challenge due to the interruption of thermal bridges and the drainage of rainwater, but our engineers and craftsmen have successfully overcome it.
