Purpose of Processing
We collect and process the following personal data: about employees, customers, and suppliers. We collect and process personal data about employees to fulfill legal obligations regarding keeping records of employees and working hours, paying salaries, and other income. We collect and process personal data about customers and suppliers for the purpose of concluding and executing contracts and orders. Personal data includes information necessary for establishing and conducting a business relationship, concluding a sales contract, issuing invoices, and other business correspondence. We are obliged to collect personal data necessary for establishing a business relationship, contact regarding this, and issuing invoices in accordance with the Obligations Act, and you are obliged to provide them because otherwise, we are unable to fulfill our legal obligations and your legal rights. If you refuse to provide such personal data, the consequence for you may be the inability to realize the contracted and ordered work or the conclusion of the contract or the realization of any right from the contract.
Recipients of Personal Data
We provide the collected personal data to the accounting service for accounting records and, as needed, to state institutions based on their legal authority. We do not provide personal data to third parties except with your consent.
Retention Period of Personal Data
We store personal data for the periods specified by laws and our Data Protection Policy prescribed by the Regulations.
Rights of Data Subjects
Every data subject has the right to request access to personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or to object from us as the data controller. For documented processing of your request, we expect and require that the request be submitted in writing. We are obliged to respond to each of your requests within one month of receipt.
Processing Based on Consent
If we process personal data based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw such consent at any time. Withdrawal of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing your personal data before the withdrawal statement.
Right to Complain
If we do not act on your request to exercise any of your rights as a data subject within one month of receiving your request, we will notify you in writing. If you believe that we have violated your rights as a data subject by our actions, you have the right to file a complaint with the Agency for Personal Data Protection.
