OUR PROCESS
From idea and inspiration to production and realization
Step 1: Idea and Inspiration
The client’s inspiration and desire must be articulated and turned into technical documentation on the basis of which our engineers can make a preliminary estimate of the value of the works. It is best to entrust the creation of such documentation to your experienced architect or construction engineer. If you already have such documentation, be sure to attach it to us. If not, we can help you too. Our approach always starts with understanding and visualizing your needs and desires, and we have more than 30 years of experience. Make an appointment at our company.
Step 2: Design and Development
Upon acceptance of the offer, our engineers prepare the technical documentation, which is certified by your responsible engineer or architect, and in this way it becomes an integral part of the main implementation project of the new building, which must be respected by all construction participants. A new house must be of high quality and durable, not just beautiful.
Step 3: Production
On the basis of certified technical documentation, we prepare all the necessary specifications for material orders, planning and execution of production, as well as preparations for the installation of elements from the project. Good preparation is the secret of success. Quality is not an accident, it is a result.
Step 4: Installation
Coordination with other works in direct contact with ours is essential. Our company constantly monitors its own quality and implementation, but we also expect the involvement of responsible engineers and coordinators on the construction site in order to avoid unnecessary costs on the client’s side. Realistically, problems are impossible to avoid, but they can be minimized and/or efficiently solved with professional cooperation. Patience and dedication are key to creating something lasting and valuable.
